marc999 in third position has a wrong time, the IGT of 1:36:51 is good but the Time should be 1:43:56 which is what I calculated. One second more or less depending on how precise you want to calculate.

Also, look at 48:56 in his video, was at 391m in investments and went up to 618m at 49:06, that is 10 seconds only for a total of 227m profits in 10 seconds. Only with Investment Engine level 6.

I've done 115 runs up to now, never saw that happened. That is a really big crazy boost. Even Esth, the World Record doesn't show that.

This game is extremely easy to cheat. Players like marcf999 having only two runs in the same game (the other is obsolete but still can be found in his profile) and no other runs on speedrun.com and turning off comments in his youtube video doesn't give him any notoriety.

I do not know how other games on speedrun.com that can be easily cheated handle this situation but I would like to hear anybody's opinion.

Hi everyone, I guess everyone knows that in a web browser, when you click and release a button then press ENTER (which is permitted) it's a legit auto-clicker in this game. Some are saying 30 CPS. Well, I'm not so sure about that. Load the game in different browsers and test it when the game starts with 0 Autoclippers and empty the first 1000 wires. Just use ENTER on Make paperclips.

The results are :

Opera : 31-35 CPS

Brave : 32-34 CPS

Chrome : 40-42 CPS

Edge : 40-42 CPS

Winner is Edge and Chrome and by quite a lot if you calculate the difference in percentage compared to others. So I would recommend using one or the other. Running latest Windows 11 here and all web browsers latest as of 2025-05-20.

Also, I'm not that sure but I don't think it harms to go in "Keyboard Properties" and you can set Repeat delay and Repeat rate at Short and Fast. If there is a difference, it's really a very short one though.

I asked ChatGPT about a configuration of web browser of Repeat delay and it said there is none.

And that brings me to my second subject, go look at different people starts that goes from 0.25 price per clips to 0.4. First one is Esth with the World Record, he goes from 0.25 to 0.06 without any delay. Also look in Stage 3, he goes from 0 to 6 Combat back and forth multiple times without delay. A simple AHK script with right-click or the Functions Key F1 to F12 could do something like that. Is still permitted? It might not look like a lot but since you are doing it so many multiple times, I think it does make a difference. I haven't tested macOS with Safari, maybe someone can test it?

Next up is Kragnir, going from 0.25 to 0.04 and has a delay, all fine.

So if you are using Edge, using the ENTER key, going from 40-42 CPS and you click at the same time really fast, you are actually going faster than 30 CPS. Is that okay?

Lastly, I think it might be a good thing to raise the Zoom level to 120% in the web browser, make this tiny Run button bigger, I would guess this is legit.

Here i am making progress, slowly, very slowy, let's get some stats:

5h18m, 4h27m, 4h03m, 3h28m, 3h21m, 3h06m, 2h55m, 2h50m, 2h48m and a lot in between and I can't figure out why some speed runners are going so fast in Clips, Operations and Creativity.

Turns out: don't use Firefox. Edge and Chrome are going faster.

Any mods around here? All of those speed runs are invalids because nobody completed the game. After around 5 minutes, you do kiss a frog but it's the wrong one, the game must be completed much much much farther away. You know. The princess is in another castle.

There is no end credits in any of those runs.
