True I think you're right, getting an A+ or better in all the levels unlocks the final unlockable video (the game's main developers). Guess it just makes sense that it's part of 100% completion
Either one. But for most of the different levels, Platinum Hits is faster. (Not a bad question btw)
Just a note, in the first levels it's a lot harder to score an high ranks than in the later levels.
For example, I think in 8-3, you can get any time at all (such as 9:59) and still receive an A+
I think we should have a Blinx speedrunning Discord. Group calls and specific strat-discussion would be great. I'm not on Discord too often, however, and don't know how it works too well, so maybe Harmak could make and moderate it? :D
I think for the 2nd idea, we shouldn't make too many sub categories, rather, we can have a new specification added on the leaderboard saying either "Platinum Hits" or "Original Version" next to our run time.
That's a cool idea, I think time crystal management is quite obvious from just watching the WR video, however gold management is deeper and could use some clarification from a guide, especially why certain Tom Tom spots are skipped or preferred over others (I'm looking at you, 6-1).

Oh wow is huge. Blinx isn't the only game I know where moving diagonally is faster than just moving straight. Will have to find time in the next few days to play around with this new find.

Well since there isn't manual camera control, besides using the L trigger, you're gonna have loads of trouble avoiding the tower. You're just gonna have to deal with the lag lol.
As for the worst settings, that would be the PAL (European) Combo Disc 360. At least on the NTSC (American) version you'll be able to do Sewer Skip.

probs just your graphics card playing up for a second. i wouldn't call this a glitch, unless you can reproduce it, which would be interesting. i recommend checking to see that your computer is well ventilated. hate to kill your excitement :p
the controls are horrible on that game so i quit after the tutorial. it runs on an emulator on my PC.
edit: and also an emulator on my softmodded xbox lol
