Would say it counts as long as the ingame timer pops up.
The CrusheR had an update on 11.01.2020 which in addition to adding 28 maps (which were added to the Individual Levels leaderboard) the ingame timer underwent a change making the timer start when the blue floor in the map disapears instead of when the player loads into a map. Due to this update all runs done will be 10+ seconds faster, and therefore I've manually changed the time on all 249 runs that were done before the update to take away 10 seconds from them.
P.S if you find any runs where I didn't update to the new time or updated to the wrong time please notify me of it
as noted in the latest tweet by llama train studio https://twitter.com/Llama_Train_S/status/1180544618200535040 you can now double click to skip through text a lot faster which does indeed mean that the current runs are quite outdated due to having to wait for a lot of dialogue
Also couldn't tell which category a run belongs too with just a screenshot of the endcard.
I'd suggest watching the wr run I guess
If you did something wrong with a previous submission and it is already verified (or is pending to be verified) you can click on the run then the 3 dots to the right under the video and you will have the option to edit the run incase you put something wrong (like the time or platform etc). A moderator will have to verify the run again though if it already had been verified. If you have done a new run and want to submit it then you should just submit a new run instead of editing an old one.
https://www.speedrun.com/fe2/run/z57j4vdm btw this run also uses it
The main blue moon shortcut was patched, so a few runs needs to be invalid now instead (this includes my 1:30 and 1:31 + anna's 1:31 and 1:32
IL stands for Individual Levels, a.k.a running a single stage instead of the whole game.
It's the CrusheR: https://www.roblox.com/games/191068294/The-CrusheR
If you hold down the R button you will reset after holding it for 3 seconds, you can change this in the menu > settings and right click the time to make it down to instantly reseting or left click it up to 10 seconds.
going sideways can be a preference, just like how some people use shiftlock, some use first person and some just go normal 3rd person. And I just want to point out the fact that everyone has to follow the rules not just the WR runs, Speedrunning is a hobby you don't have to have World record runs. (And we can't ban people)
In the roblox community most unintended game features are often counted as "bugs" or "glitches", "Exploits" or "Exploiting" is often refered to the use of a 3rd party application that alters the game (Basically cheating like btools, extra speed, autoclickers etc)
My opinion: While Late Flood% is useful for some maps, most people that run in the catogory never actually use the flood to their advantage and most runs are just a glitchless% run that has to be placed in Late Flood% because they wait at the start. Examples of this being Axiom, Graveyard Cliffside and Lava Tower. How would you even abuse the flood on Graveyard Cliffside and Lava Tower when the flood is lava? While Late Flood% does serve a purpose on a few maps, I feel like it is being misused alot to disguise glitchless runs, and that is why I am not really a fan of the catogory.
