In the rules it specifies that equipment should be the same as an Any% run. Would we be allowed to, for example, upgrade beetle to quick beetle? As in Any% there's no restriction or glitches to do so. My main question was if we would be allowed to upgrade our b wheel items mainly. Since people can upgrade them in Any% so it's also technically the same as Any% equipment. Thanks!

Can we add levels to the leaderboards? Like all the stages with a stage rta to collect all 7 stars, and individual stars.
