Give game moderators the ability to write game/category rules in different languages and add a UI element for choosing the rules language.

Speedrunning is a hobby that transcends nationalities, countries and languages. It unites people from all over the world in a common goal. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about speedrun rules. I would LOVE to gain the ability to translate the rules of the games i moderate to different languages that i know, or ask long time members of the community whom i can trust to understand the rules to translate them into even more languages that they know. Right now, all we can do is just duplicate the rules in some other language and add it to the regular rules, bloating the text prompt and confusing people. Nothing feels worse to a moderator than to reject a run because the runner misunderstood the rules due to a language barrier or a bad translation by some online tool. If a way to fix that was added, it would help so many communities.

Hey, i noticed recently that my WR in that category was beaten, but when i look at the runs that beat my time they don't make any sense to me. They haven't been done on Techies, those are different random heroes. I'm not sure if there's some mistake? Why are they on that leaderboard at all
