I was implying IL story deck, so first-hand Exodia would only really come into play on the duels that had Exodia available.

It was more confusion on my part, since it appeared you needed the DLC to do most of the campaign. Unless you're implying opening up IL leaderboards or something.

Would I be correct in assuming that the extra duels in the DLC aren't part of the current run categories?

Would this be a viable category? Considering it's not the same as MOULagain, and I don't see it listed on the leaderboards.

As well, what about just To D'ni and Path of the Shell as standalone categories? (Start out in the Cleft, then completing the necessary steps to achieve the "perhaps the ending has not yet been written" message for those expansions)

I'm assuming for arcade titles MAME would be used, but is there a specific version? (I've been practicing games on 0.175 but wanted to be sure before doing legitimate runs)

Late bump, but this is due to the SecDrv.sys file being blacklisted by Microsoft (which is the DRM the game uses to make sure you have a valid copy). One option is, as said above, to look up a crack of it, but the other option is to re-enable that driver. Alternatively, you could use the instructions here: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/play-games-safedisc-securerom-drm-windows-10/ (you'll want the option to "self-sign the SafeDisc driver"). You'll still need the game disk, but this will let you play any games that require that DRM verification.

Looking into this myself... Given the "Wildcards" DLC, I would assume a normal any% wouldn't allow any role changes? (i.e. one might select "Shadow Agent" for Queen of Scales to counter her making chance cards more difficult) Then again now that I look at OneWingedA's run, he/she did choose Apprentice; whenever I've tried partial attempts I've always just gone with the default difficulty.

I do also think BenEBeats has an interesting idea with NG+... Anyone know if it's possible to successfully back up/restore a save without losing all progress?

edit: got it, it's under Steam\userdata<profileID>\266510\remote\HandOfFate. Back up player.profile and you can swap it in/out as needed.

another edit: Got a bone to pick with you OneWingedA... The run rules say "only use recommended decks" yet you customized your weapons deck for the final Dealer fight, mainly to add Time Heals. Is deck customization allowed for the Dealer?
