Well this will be a pain to look through my entire 100% run and give you an accurate IGT then...
I checked the rules and it seems the "don't apply IGT if a race is restarted" is on 100% too. Which for the time being, until i or someone else can somehow perfect run an entire hour and a half of this game without failing a single run, which i have shown the AI and game physics make it pretty unfair on that part especially on the later stuff like Cutter and Mandible, i feel like this makes IGT useless because of this rule for 100%. Which if we're to make IGT the important time here, makes 100% a current empty spot in that position.
Also, how will this apply with penalties from stuff like Bala's 5th level? Do i use the time i got from beating the level or do i apply to 2-8 second penalties to it? Which btw, some of the flag spots are unbelievable bullshit and the game tries it's hardest to prevent you from getting some of them, so...
You're being irrational. Just because you act like a snob in the way you type does not mean you're smart, you're just an idiot.
There is no rule for this and there never will be. It's literally an act of courtesy. Get over yourself.
Oh and don't bother replying about how you don't care what i say, because it's clear you don't care what a 3+ year mod says to you
Actually that's just a thing people do out of courtesy. It isn't a written rule.

Courtesy? Spare me friend, honestly. Waiting for a decent answer.
I'm particularly still waiting for PS2 to have it's own Any%, All Levels and 100% due to it's major differences to PS1/PC. But as for PS1, i have tried on both a Slim 90--- and Fat 39--- and on both with FDS, game crashes on loading screens.
As a quick addition, i don't mind the idea of splitting up emulator and console runs but... don't know if you noticed, but there is VERY little console runs here. Hell, out of all Any% PS1 runs, there's only 1 CONSOLE run out of the 10 that's there. And All Level PS1 only has 1 emulator run too, so a console side of that would be empty right now. I don't mind the thought, but with a lack of console runs, i don't see much point to separating them right now.
I'm not here to start fights and i don't care if i don't run this. I'm saying that 18 and 23 are all that's needed and even though there's alot of stuff in misc, the other phases make no sense to be put along with those 2 and you'd just be doing what D_D did before with the leaderboard, so it's best to leave it as is Aqua.
How about no? The categories are fine. Please don't do a Death_Devil.
No but it's planned. Will be doing the Jap version. Right now though, i'm busy with different games but i do plan to do a run of Mario Bros NES at some point in early next year.
Return the Phase 8 and 9 categories and all will be good.
Have you learnt nothing?! Did the last thread (that you locked) not explain this clearly enough? Why is Phase 10 a main? Why isn't like it was before? It was fine before. There's no need for Phase 10 to be a main.
You did this last time. Please, return Phase 8 and 9 back and get Phase 10 off the main, damnit. You're literally repeating your mistake. And if you won't, then can someone else (AquaBlake) fix this? This completely removes the German and Japanese versions aswell, so get it all back to it's proper form, not this.
I'm not here to throw the wikipedia at you guys, like Spikestuff. I'm just saying that what Death_Devil is doing is breaking the leaderboard AGAIN and it needs to be reverted back.
Also, good job deleting this Death. Again, trying to hide your mistake from people like the last time i posted here. Just because you're slower than Aqua's 9 Phase run which uses the German version doesn't mean you should delete the board.
he doesn't care about this stuff
I only care when things get stupid or interesting. This is one of those stupid moments because i honestly don't think Death_Devil even knows how to handle this well enough. Especially when he deletes posts that showcase major problems that are occurring here.
And just so nobody starts to quote what i said before the edit (Death_Devil): I've noticed some rigging going on in the first poll, but i've seen none in the second, so as soon as i noticed that i had to retract as it would just make me look like an ass. These other two problems i pointed out, however, are still a problem and deleting my post talking about a problem is not right.
Do you realize you're comparing tournaments where best players play against each other to find out who's the best to a speedrun where one good player beats up the AI repeatedly with a few combos? It's like saying that Counter-Strike bot matches make for a great speedrun because CS is a major e-sport.
What i'm trying to say isn't just about the tournaments. It's about the people who would watch those games that just "aren't interesting after an hour". With the fact Speedruns have a pretty big fanbase too, with the right guy (which is pretty clearly a positive here), a Speedrun of Tekken 3, a full one infact, would be downright enjoyable for thousands. It would NOT get uninteresting after a hour, that shit would last weeks. Plus, do you know that each character has their own, unique moveset? That means not every fight is going to act like the same punch kick bullshit. And considering Shirdel here is going for such a number of characters, that means alot of variety and alot of interesting moments for a speedrun. If something like EVO can still be as big and popular as it is for years, then i'm freaking positive this speedrun of Tekken 3 for All Endings will bring in many viewers and fans and will become a very popular, very liked speedrun for all to see, all the way to the end. It would not be too much, like you think it is.
No matter how you sugarcoat it, fighting games simply don't have enough variety in them to stay interesting for that long.
Really? My god man, do you even? Excuse me while i note stuff, such as EVO. You know. That tournament series that has been going on for YEARS, which has a INCREASING FANBASE and has MULTIPLE MOMENTS in games that "don't have enought variety to stay interesting for long" like Tekken, Street Fighter, FREAKING SMASH BROS MAN. List is big. Plus it's spawned many sub tournaments, like AnimEVO with games like Blazblue and Guilty Gear. And the tournaments go on for freaking HOURS, but barely anyone can get tired of it and they keep coming back for more matches and even future events. It's one of the BIGGEST fighting game tourmaments ever, still continues to this day and when you see all those highlights and even full matches, you can never get bored with them! You can watch an entire recording of an event, with every match of every game and i bet you anything, over 500,000 people will NEVER get tired of watching it again and AGAIN. Hell, we don't even need to talk about EVO. Let's talk about ESPORTS, which is something that is so beloved to people, it used to make Twitch crash like crap because so many would overload the servers just by trying to watch those streams! Games like Street Fighter and Tekken and such would get played by so many and they would get SO many people watching, watching all the way through, getting all hyped for these guys and hoping they kick the crap out of their opponents. That's been going on for quite a while too, and it's still going on, and it's STILL big. Oh. But fighting games just aren't that interesting for like, 1 hour. Naaah. So not. You hit that nail right on the head, Kotti, bravo...
