Who said that a squad mixed will have 3 VR players and one screenie...?

Speedruns are not just about skill. Strategy is very important as well. (Killing enemies as soon as they spawn). It doesn't matter if you're on screen or VR. Everyone just needs to do their part correctly.

When will the 'mixed' speedruns be back? I don't see a good reason why it got removed. It doesn't matter if you get carried, what matters is how quick you finish the game...

You are allowed to add custom music to speedruns, as long at the ORIGINAL quest music can be heard (loud or quiet)

Any% rules apply to omega speedruns, so glitches such as Act 3 skip glitch in Golden Trophy is allowed. Glitching using external software is prohibited.
