FranceAttempting speedruns starts with the movement guide. After that, you can start by watching the bottom of the leaderboard runs and see what is/isn't doable for you
The only "tip" telling you coffee is unlocked is the keybind becoming visible in the Options. You're welcome!
Completing The Twins is the only requirement to unlock coffee (the Pearse brothers are only present if you've completed Gray Gully before The Twins, but interacting with them is not needed anyways). you don't want to compare yourself to the top speedrunners, that's my advice. And of course you're welcome to post or discuss your runs on our discord speedrunning channels :)

No one will bully you, improving is the fun part of speedrunning and everybody is the same. Keep submitting runs that you are proud of! (with the game version number enabled ;) )
