There's out of bounds, and he verified his own run. I'm new to speedrunning, and this website. I'm pretty sure out of bounds is allowed in any% but is verifying your own run allowed?

Like glitchless (Are there even glitches to exploit?) Current patch / any patch, no assets, level 1, no perk/ perk decks, etc?
