Hi I saw everyone runs the Japanese Version of this game is it faster? Just curious so I don't have to buy the game twice.

Hay guy's I'm new here and have been playing the game for a while on my own and none of my gameplay looks nearly as fast as the current record holders. Is the Turbo Mode that you unlock after you beat the game on hard allowed on runs or no?
