I have to ask, how does the existence of this game on speedrun.com affect you in any way? I think you're just looking for things to get upset about.
Look, I also think there’s lots of obscure, especially low-quality games on the site (not calling this game low-quality, it looks alright from what I’ve seen), but in the grand scheme of things, does it really matter? People will speedrun what they want to speedrun. The existence of these games on the site doesn’t really affect or change anything. Introducing a notability standard would just be gatekeeping.
Using a forum post from 2019 isn’t going to help your case either. Standards for game submissions lowered like 3 year ago.
Publicly calling for a game leaderboard to be deleted for notability is also very mean-spirited. Sure, it’s a little weird to be announcing sales in news announcements, but after reading them, all I see is someone who loves speedrunning and is proud of what they created. You really want to take that away from them?

Discovered this glitch last night. While in a level, pause & return to the Nexus. Pause immediately again, and delete your save. While this lets you skip all of Prelude, all Quanta are unable to be used, making the game impossible.

I disagree with shortening it to 2 weeks. I moderate a lot of games and get a decent amount of runs per week. For most games I mod, there simply isn't enough people who want to help or dedicate time into verifying runs, not to mention the occasional 4-8 hour runs I get sometimes. Hell, I'd even argue that it should be extended to 4 weeks.
In short, I need that time. You don't need a run to be verified that soon.

I don't think this is the right place for this question, considering that this is a speedrunning forum. But I'll entertain it with my own hot take.
Lots of levels fall into the "so bad it's good" category. A level can have frustrating gameplay or strange design choices, but still have humour and charm in spite of that. Even if a level is really, really bad, that at least gives it infamy and as a result, makes them interesting. I kinda treat most levels like they are an "underdog" if that makes sense. I root for them, even if I don't always have the best time playing them.
In my mind, the true worst levels are the ones that contain offensive/explicit/triggering content or theming/messages. Unlike the "so good its bad" levels, these pose an actual risk.
Lots of those (unrated) levels exist online. If I can only pick rated levels however, I've narrowed it down to two. One of which is so graphic that it wouldn't be appropriate naming it here. The other having such a poor message that I refuse to call by its proper name: WMx4.
I won't be going into further detail on the level.
