Hello!

Glad to see this game on SRC! I'd like to ask about a leaderboards problem which is mentioned multiple times in Steam discussions (like https://steamcommunity.com/app/435790/discussions/0/5738182472469317911/ ).

While it's not critical issue and I'm still able to continue a game, it's definitely a problem during speedruns because I'm getting crashed even if playing with clear save from my account, and obviously have to spend a bit of time to click through 7-10 error screens.

Currently I know 2 ways how to work around this error:

• Modyfing game files as described in https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3289491977 . Feels bad as speedrunning modified game is non-acceptable by design. Also during testing I felt that SFX is messed up and I sometimes don't hear some sounds (like tic when level starts, shuriken toss etc) meaning not just leaderboard string is affected by modtool
• Disabling Internet access so game doesn't load leaderboard. Didn't find a quick way to disable Internet for specific Steam application, so just turned off Internet on my PC. Worked like a charm, but means I can only make offline recordings (but will never have messenger notifications? sound good!)

Does anyone have other expirience or tips on how to avoid this problem?

UPD: Turning on Steam offline mode is the best way currently
