I'm doing an Any%Glitched run, and i can't figure out how to teleport to overworld coords in the nether, i.e. the glitch Geosquare and Curcuit used in their runs. I tried saving and quitting once i entered the nether portal, but that didnt work Any help appreciated

Hello! I have just come across this site to post some speedruns, and I just had a quick question. Is F3+S allowed in the Any% Category? I thoroughly read the rules, and sorry if i missed something, but it doesn't seem to be mentioned, and it really seems unfair. I would appreciate any clarification on this matter. Thank you!
