- Add Individual Levels (ILs) I already suggested this idea in the previous forum, but I’ll repost it here. I’d also recommend allowing any number of orders (or actions, if that’s the in-game term) when completing a level. Limiting the number of orders could lead to confusion, so having no restriction makes more sense. I can provide multiple reasons to support the idea that unlimited usage is the most reasonable approach.
- Add a New Game+ (NG+) category This category would allow the use of any number of orders, including all available ones, to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Add a “All Campaigns NG+” category Follows the same rules as above — players can use all orders freely across all campaigns.
I suggest adding individual level categories, using game stages as levels. To confirm a run, the player's death and spawn animations should be clearly visible on the video. This ensures that the player has not started moving before the timer starts. Runs obtained from full playthroughs will also be performed. In such cases, players are advised to allow time to begin the relevant stages. The timer starts: When you first move from spawn points into stage, or when the CHECKPOINT sign appears when you reach that level. The timer ends when the CHECKPOINT sign appears when you reach the next level.
This format has allowed for more content to be distributed and more varied for players. It is likely that more speedrunners are interested in playing it.
wanted to come back to this game and tear it apart with my speedruns and noticed that the game was deleted...
