Xelna isn't the only one that has that. The background gets resized with the size of your screen (admin should correct me on this if this is wrong). So if you like a nice non pixelated background i would recommend a 1920¤1080 size.

ROMaster2 i stopped doing that after i was told: "Trollbear: I dislike creating new series out of two games with no moderator request and throwing a moderator over them. It's ambiguous and unclear who should be series moderator or if they would even want to be series moderator. If another site staff member wants to choose to handle those cases, that is up to them. "

First you have to be of royal blood to get to such a high tier of status. But being royal isnt the only thing you need, money is the second thing. Money to buy skill and to buy over people to call you skillfull/high level. And if money fails i hope you dont mind to do some dirty work to win over the people.
