For any% does getting all endings mean you have to reach the end of the game with the ending lobby? Or do you have to go through all paths to all endings?

ok I was just wondering. If you could do speedrun 4 with in game time because I noticed that I could have way better runs if my PC could load maps faster. I think this is something that is happening with many players and if you could consider this I would appreciate it.
