Oh, I know it was the first come first serve mentality.
Personally I don't like that timing rule, only for the fact you aren't doing anything after the final handshake, with the final handshake being the last input. you are just sitting there waiting for the time to end. it artificially adds more time to a run that isn't really needed.
Also for timing, i believe it should start when you hit start game, and end when it is the last handshake. but up to you guys
Hey there guys.
Glad to see that this leaderboard is up and running. I also submitted to get this game up, but you guys beat me to it (good job)
Anyways, guess asking to be a mod would be out of the question at the moment.
Though I do have a suggestion for the leaderboards, have it split between Console and PC. And maybe have a split for Local and Online?
There isn't a manipulation for Kracko, you kind of just have to go in and hope you get good luck from Kracko
So what are the difference between No OOBs and Glitchless (for knowledge sake - might pick it up)
Honestly, I though this game had IL's back in the day... And that someone found that pausing would help your IGT get lower because it kept loading while paused. (It has been way to long)
Don't worry, I am really tempted to actually get rid of it all together. It is kind of a stupid thing, but people wanted it
how would you rank them though (cause we all know Pinkal is best)
Not as far as I know.
You can technically use other combo like
Apollo + Cockatrice Apollo + Unicorn
Basically with these combos we are suspending Nathan in air and when the summon ends, we are able to move him ever so slightly before re-activating the combo. Since the wall is too high to just wall kick + double jump over. We abuse the ability to keep are height by using the summon to get closer to the wall and kick off it again (in a normal run you are looking at 2-3 kicks off the wall) to get close enough to the top and be able to jump on top of the wall.
Use emulator at the moment if you want to try and speedrun GBC games. Besides that, you have to put out some cash for either a gamecube w/ Player or SNES with SGB2 (SGB1 runs faster)
yeah Class variable. I couldn't think of the word last night
Basically what I am asking for is, when we submit a run you can put in which Class you were. But only the main groups.
So I submit an Any% run with a Force character, people can see the time difference between a Force run and a Hunter run.
Also this is probably worded horribly, it is like 4am and I just finished an all mission run... so yeah...
Step in line man, I should get mod first #Kappa
Nah, I know they still approve runs one in a while but yeah it would be nice to have an active mod.
i have no problem with this. only concern is going to be hard for non-emulator runners to do IL's
Tis good Morning, I try to check the forums as much as I can, but I can miss stuff like this thread.
