I'v Tried Everything (Skew, Smuggle, etc...) And it seems like everything is patched. we need to go back to the drawing board

Hey, I'm trying to get the Game installed and I downloaded the [.app] game file from the .itch website but I can't open it. Anyone have an idea of what's going on? (btw I'm on a mac)
