What is the major difference between any% and 100% runs? In order to complete a level, every target has to be collected/hit anyways.

And as far as I know, there aren't any other collectables or anything.

Perhaps it is a good idea to change the 100% category to something else. Like for example Deathless%.

Could the 'China Campaign', 'Europe Campaign' and 'South America Campaign' be added to the Full game runs? And could the individual levels of these regions be added too?
