I like turtles

The community guidelines appear to fix the problem of toxidity on paper, so I'm wondering when are you gonna consider using it? Or are you gonna make a poll?

And how will you manage it? I feel like this will be incredibly difficult if not impossible to supervise moderately on a consistent basis
