Goodness gracious, I apologize that my comment about PM's spiraled this entire post out of control, I didn't expect it to warrant such scrutiny.
Yes, I would like for us to be able to shuffle our records around. My main reason is the extension in my Twitch profile populates my PB's in the order that they're listed on here. @EmeraldAly the Kappa was directed at the Private Messaging part of my comment because it's not a function I am particularly interested in (for the reasons that have been discussed ad nauseam).

Especially since once they complete it, then they have to weed through the initial wave of inbox abuse people will be reporting.
