i already thought about this once. and this just has as much problems as counting WR. a way better system is counting people which are below you on leaderboards. so WR in a LB with 200 people would be worth 200 points. and a "WR" where there is only one runner is worth 0. maybe do a ^(2/3) to have a bit of bias to mid sized boards though.

normal people just make misc categories when they wanna make a category extension and dont get it. and do you seriosly dont have another social media? (and think its less work to make a website?)

i think you underestimate the position of SRC it has a certain legitimacy. It will practically always be the first result when you google "gamename" speedrun if it is on the site. i dont think it is possible to just switch to another website for most communities. Because they will essentially be forced to maintain two leaderboards or risk losing the board on src.

Elo deserves currently a Exodus but i exodus wont be great for anyone.
