huge congrats on getting 4:39! If you do another run you should take out the pauses from the final time, this is actually a low 4:39 if you do that I think (probably 39.3 or .4)

I'm honestly not sure, I know many people in discord have called for this and I think it will probably happen soon if we get complete confirmation that speed isn't getting fixed.

There is lots of work being done to try and fix this if possible. Many of the top runners have posted on the hypixel forums or made videos to try and have the change reverted, but it is unlikely anything is going to happen. I assume that the runs will be archived eventually, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
