Deterministic patch: Screen-scrolling tweener is bound to 31fps frame timing instead of inconsistent system timing, so spike glitch is consistent and the camera isn't jerky. I'm pretty sure the only difference between 1.0, 1.1/Steam, and Rockstar Game Launcher is the EXE
This better matches the box/cover-art aspect ratio speedrun.com is using. It is 600x900 instead of 640x900 though.
