Because of KonekoKitten's video, we're getting 5x more runs to verify, so we added 2 more categories.
You may have heard already, but the map "Distorted Memory" is only a limited time map. When it is removed, PLAYERS RUNS WILL STILL BE ON THE LEADERBOARD. We won't remove the category, but instead make it legacy, so no more people can submit runs to the category, but people can see the runs.

Hello! This is Kaira, and I want to something I saw the smo community doing a while ago, and that is tasks! Each Week, a new task will be introduced, and a task is a list of things you must do as quickly as possible. This could be killing enemies, collecting ICs, collecting Candies, Read Signs, Etc. Note that this is PURELY FOR FUN. No prize is rewarded for winning a task. At the end of the time limit, I will make another forum post showing the leaderboards for that week's task. This is the Task for Week 1 (Very Basic)
- Click Back To Hub in the menu
- Timing Starts on first movement
- You must collect 2 Ice Creams from either Turtle Tops or Knoddy's Resort.
- You must collect 100 Candies from either Turtle Tops or Knoddy's Resort.
- Timing ends on either collecting the 2nd Ice Cream or the 100th Candy.
- No duplicate Candies or Ice Creams allowed.
- Collecting any Hub Ice Creams is not allowed.
- Collecting any Hub Candies is not allowed.
- Collecting any Testing IC's or Candies is not allowed. Submission ends on 5/10/2020

Hi! So i was in the Robot 64 chat on the speedrunning discord, and I asked, "Is there any way to have the timer for the radical points IC in subareas?" Pokemonkey123 soon responded saying it is possible. After hours of testing and finding out the details on how to do it. I decided to go for it. I'm gonna say this right now. IT IS THE HARDEST TRICK IN ROBOT 64. It's very hard to explain, and it's very complicated. I have a 1.6% completion rate for the trick. (2/~260)
Out of the 4 times I have gotten it, my best pace was..... -10.04 leaving Hecklands What's the route change? You replace the Dark Maze IC in The Hecklands with the radical points IC in Knoddy's Resort.
In that run, i don't believe i got Faster Hub I, which that alone saves 3 seconds. Do what you want with that info, if you do attempt it, please dont do it after Turtle, do it at the start.
Starting now, any runs with > 1 player don't require everyone to escape/survive. This is to make it easier to have a verifiable run. However Timing now ends on when the FIRST recorded player seen escapes. For instance, if a player escapes at 4:05, but you don't have a recording of that, it goes to the next person that escaped. This is because it's hard to have the final time of the last person who escaped.
