Another Story is already sorta NG+, in the sense that Sonic can be leveled up in any way you wish with any skills. There hasn't been much of an interest in NG+ Another Story, and Another Ending has received essentially no interest at all. Feel free to pitch the idea to the discord server, if people run it we will gladly make boards for it. Sorry for the late response, forum notifications are a little bit borked
This idea has been joked around before back in 2020, the idea was to trigger (and specifically break) every alarm. The one issue we came across was finding a way to break the alarm which is out of bounds in the Clockwerk boss fight.
This category could actually be quite interesting if we found a viable way to break this alarm.
We likely won't add much since it would be an unofficial category, maybe best suited for category extensions given enough interest. It would be very awkward to implement though due to the nature of the remix levels.
I can imagine that this wouldn't be used necessarily for high-score tracking, only time-related tasks. And SRC doesnt have a good way to keep track of score anyways
