Why isn't there 3 seconds at the end once the last card is clicked which would be consistent with other runs?

I am solo modding a game that nobody else runs, but I would like to have the proper rules in place in case that ever changes.

What is the general consensus on people submitting IL WR split times that happened during full game runs?

Going to use this thread for things that don't end up in videos. In case I ever stop playing, and other people come along to speedrun the game.
