if you want it in youtube you can upload a 12h long video to youtube but if its still too long you might need to cut it up in half and upload as parts. you could also just upload the full 12h video to google drive or somewhere but some moderators specifically want the videos on yt/ttv so for that you should ask the mods
as mean as it may be you can always reject a run if the video is not hosted on youtube, twitch, niconico or something well known. there is hardly ever a reason for the runner to be unable to upload the run to either youtube or twitch (yes you can upload stuff to twitch)
