ive got the AVerMedia LGX it cost me 150€ in 2018 but like 50€ of that was import fees. has been a really good capture card that supports hdmi and component. only con is that it cant capture lower resolutions than 480i/p so capturing ps1 games through ps2 with component required me to use a ps2 homebrew app to upscale it

a phone pointing at the tv is the least you need. want better quality and youll need a composite capture card

to record / stream the least you need is a phone to point at your tv but if you want better quality you need a capture card. now i believe the 360 can output hdmi so any hdmi capture card would be fine for you (personally recommned avoiding elgato products) but in general composite/component capturecards are cheaper but the quality is gonna be a tad worse. along with a capture card youll need obs to stream/record with it
