make sure you are comparing against "personal best" and that you are using "real time". these can be found under "compare against" when you right click livesplit
the game is a bit too short for me to enjoy but i was bored and its 3am so i made an autosplitter. took like 5 minutes.
starts timer when you hit space in the "main menu", splits after pressing space on a door and stops the time on the end screen. also automatically resets when you reopen the game
the "every copy is personalized" is the dumbest video game thing that got big in this decade
why would you use twin galaxies in this day and age?
composite card:
- you have the composite cable coming from the NES and it plugs in a splitter of some kind
- from the splitter you have one male-male composite cable going to your crt and another male-male going from the splitters to a composite capture card
hdmi card:
- composite from nes to splitter
- from splitter a male-male composite to converter/upscaler and another male-male to crt
- hdmi from converter/upscaler to capture card
at least it used to be so that if you delete a category with runs in it those runs will still exist but as they have no category set anymore its really hard to get to the runs.
if you need to add subcategories to an already existing category with runs in it i think you just need to set a default value and then manually go through all runs and correcting the subcategory
but you should wait until someone else comes say something :D
emulator or upscaler(or a cheap converter but expect quality loss)+ hdmi capture card
