yea beat the game to skip cutscenes. This game doesnt really need a NG+ cuz you still have to lvl up the required weapons and start off with all the same items unless you start in easy u get more health items

about the updates, if nothing gets nerfed or adding game changing items the records stay the same, The Seeds on the other hand are being worked on might just be misc section for players to prove themselves or show off
