Honestly, I don't expect this to really gain much attention. But I will dutifully report any major changes to the leaderboard here, and if anyone wants to suggest anything for the leaderboard, they may do so here as well.

Hey everyone. This thread is going to be used both for informing the community about changes to the leaderboard and for making suggestions to the moderators.

As promised, we have went ahead and radically redid the board. There are now seven categories: High Score, Any%, SMB+RR Any%, SMB%, Rad Racer%, Rad Racer+Tetris High Score, and Rad Racer+Tetris Any%. The latter three are in the miscellaneous category. These categories were chosen after the discussions we had in the other thread yesterday, but if anyone would like to suggest a new one or an edit to an existing one, please do.

Timing methods have also been decided upon for each and every category. Please do check them out and say something here if you have feedback on them. We intend on retiming existing runs to fit these new rules, but not without first getting community approval as to their implementation.

Yesterday I managed a very good run which I wanted to upload, but when I looked back at my computer, where I was recording my splits, I noticed that my recording software cut out after 10 minutes because I was using the free version. I tried to retime the video manually but it froze up and I got exasperated.

So, now I have the video of the run and a picture of my splits and final time, but no live timer. Is it required to have a timer on the video, or can I just show the splits? If it is necessary, can I retime it and use that timer?
