Hello there, i was wondering- there is something we can do to make this community somewhat more active than this?

Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying the mods are bad or did something bad, it's just that... I understand that speedrunning is mostly a hobby (and i also do this just for fun) but waiting more than a month just to get a run approved seems really overwhelming...maybe that's the reason people are becoming less and less interested in uploading runs?

I was asking the same question on the Metal Slug Speedruns Discord server and it looks like i'm not the only one who thinks that this community deserves some more activity, but i don't know what we should do...

Maybe we could try to get more run verifiers? There's six moderators for this game, but only three of them looks active, and obviously i don't want to blame anyone, since anyone could lose interest in the game or anything could have happened, but again, please consider doing something to fix this situation. I think everyone would benefit from this.
