Being a moderator is not even close to being as fun as you think. You'll look at many many runs that look almost identical while also checking and retiming each one in case it's cheated.

One week is not enough to report on that. Wait at least 3 weeks and contact moderators of the game after.

We can't help you with that, record the run required to submit the game, read all the rules, learn how to retime your runs and runs of other people, and request the game when your account gets old enough.
But before you do that, check if moderators have social media links in their profiles so you can try to contact them through there
