Hello there. I'm a old elsword streamer and i want to do a speedrun on Void Elsword, but since i have many of my chars there is lv99 (and i don't have a char space left) there is my question: The Speedrun is valid with lv1 to 99 char? Or the Speedrun can be do with capped char already?

(For sure as the rule said: i don't have any items from void, my armor is Heroic armor and weap is from Heroics too, i can prove if needed.)
