Hello,I would like to submit a game request but whenever I do to this series a mod keeps saying I should submit it to the series,which I am. Can you guys help me? I just want to submit a game.

Do we have to have a capture card or we will be rejected? Because I don't have one and I have no clue if I will ever get one.
