PS1 and the PS3 PSN download are the same. This includes games played on a PS2.

PS4 and PS5 are the same. They're split due to the enhancements and faster framerate. Keep the region on NTSC (no PAL).

PC is split as they run faster than consoles.

The stats are maxed out on the #7 car. No other car compares.
