Above are samples of Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese from the web. They're showing here, so I'm not sure where or why they aren't working for you.
Edit: I'm blind, disregard.
Not to my knowledge, but Matt Braddock's YouTube Frame Timer accomplishes the same task in a browser.
Assuming you're referring to playing multiple games at the same time with the same set of inputs, I just don't see this being practical. Playing more than one game at once requires more computer resources, screen space, an ability to see all game copies at once on your recording, and an easy way of quitting the game that doesn't interrupt this speedrun. This is just with two copies--for some games, you'll need many more copies of the game running at once just to have one run make it to the end.
Vimeo and other video hosting websites will do (just make sure they don't automatically delete your videos).
Essentially, the game isn't popular enough to merit setting up a leaderboard on this site. The reasoning behind this is that there are thousands and thousands of games, and each leaderboard costs the site resources to maintain. Some games are very high quality and will be popular enough to support tens if not hundreds of runners. Other games (especially Scratch, web, or mobile games, but not necessarily) are so tiny or obscure that it's not worth the cost for the site to track runs. If you still want to track times, you're invited to create your own leaderboards elsewhere (such as with Google Sheets) and manage your own community.
As nice as it is to believe in our favorite runners, it doesn't work as proof. We've all trusted people who then do things they shouldn't--on a leaderboard, where proof is everything, one has to trust the numbers, not the rhetoric. We've seen the detrimental effect of following people blindly in politics...
To summarize: The site's current policy is to save category extensions leaderboards for very popular games. (This is because adding leaderboards costs the site.) Since the site moderators rejected the category extensions, the next step of action would be to ask them why it was rejected. If they continue to reject the request after consideration, then runs that would have been on a CE board can be added as Misc. categories, meaning they'll be on the site anyway.
There's no need for anyone to be outraged here, since there's already a solution.
Zelda and Mario Kart as well. These sites predate the existence of speedrun.com. Submitting a run on one of these sites does not submit it here, and vice-versa.
It's there, just not very popular yet. https://www.speedrun.com/immortalsfenyxrising
Would Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy count? Only the most popular "meme games" (not really sure what you mean) are going to be on the site, so search yourself for some larger names.
If we're treating this like a speedrun, then being the first to specifically claim such an achievement would give it merit. That said, no vid no did...

Bot's being real lazy if it's trying to recomment something two comments above itself.
