The rules for 1-100 no bank no dxp state the following:

You are permitted to transfer items from other classes through bank or trade with other players.

Double XP is allowed.

Starting on a pre-existing class is banned.

Using the bank to get items that you already own is banned.

Could I get some clarity on what its trying to say or if it isn't thought out properly.
