Because there is previous exemple of authorizing emulation runs for different reason (DoorSkip for CVX is one i have in mind who is also a PS3 HD remaster of a PS2 game), and that would be more accessible for people than get a korean version ngl... If the leaderboard were split with Korean/Non Korean thats would be ok too but its not the case thats lazy... It cost nothing to do.

Anyway i think nothing will make up your mind because mods already decide 6 years ago and didnt look back haha, but sorry thats bullshit.

PS: Mods, pls dont take it personaly ok ? I know how mods can be suceptible. It just my honest opinion without filter, and will change nothing at the status quo °3°

REVII or RE3R (especially inferno) i can understand the need of a category like this. But RE4R doesn't fit those criteria.
