In the vast majority of cases, a timer is not required on screen during a run. You can always time from the video afterwards.

If you stream your runs on Twitch then you can save them there. Otherwise YouTube is the best option.
If 100% is faster than Any%, I feel like rather than trying to arbitrarily separate the categories, it would make more sense to just combine them—move all the 100% runs into Any% and then delete 100%.
Why can’t a single run be in more than one category? That happens all the time on this site.
