It's a little pricey but the Elgato game capture HD captures the Wii and it does it pretty well. It supports Windows 10 as well.

Hi, I still exist but right now I'm way too busy to be a mod and have requested to them to unmod me as Tall mentioned. That's great that you got your run in, but any% main levels takes a LONG time for the mods since they have to watch your whole video which is a very painful process. If you really want it to be accepted right away you can time it yourself :)

We are currently using Without Loads timing, so the timing starts within each level on the first frame that your character starts running, and the frame where the pause button fades when touching the pole or beating the boss on each level. You do not count the time where you are selecting the level and waiting for it to load. You then add up all of the levels times to make your total Without Loads timing. Hope this helps :)

As a person who runs VC, it is the only console I have currently. I don't have any interest in buying a N64. I do like to speedrun this game though, and i would be very upset if it was just taken away because it "clutters up" the leaderboards. I think many people like to start with it when they speed run, and I also believe that there are others that are in the same situation. I have no interest in buying an entirely new console just so I could speedrun a game that I had before. I understand that VC isn't as popular, but there are many people that play it, and making them switch to a new console, controller, and style just seems unfair.

On TwitchPlaysPaperMario, the newest project was Super Mario 64. Twitch completed 70 stars in about 152 hours, and just finished 120 stars just a few minutes ago in 337:12:40. Congrats to everyone who played for completing this very hard challenge.
