Q: How do I record a run on mobile? A: Either use a screen mirroring app,then record with obs from your PC, or a screen recording app.

on reddit says to use AZ screen recorder or No Root from google play.

Despite the fact that I was actually the person being given advice in that thread I did not try either of those applications.

Edit: Since i can't figure out how to leave a moderator note on your run(I know it's possible but just don't know how), when you record start the video a little before the run starts and end it a little after. You don't need a timer in your run. I can look at when the run starts and ends in your video and use that to time.

I use an application called lonely screen to mirror my phone to my pc and record through obs. It mirrors through air play so i think you need an apple device to do so.

Real late response here. but it's a platform difference. Playing with a mouse on pc is always going to be slower than playing with a touchscreen on mobile. The screen is smaller so there is less distance required to draw lines and obviously your fingers are more precise than your mouse is.

I'm a big fan of this game and an even bigger fan of speedrunning. Sucks to see this place is dead, but I still really enjoy running this game. I would like to see two new things in this community: New mods and new categories.

As someone who has now beaten 3 of the current records in different categories(1 awaiting verification, the other 2 still uploading to Youtube) I believe I could mod for this game. I don't really like waiting long periods of time for verification and I don't want to pester you every time i need verification.

As for new categories, I would definitely like to add a 100% category, and maybe some categories bundling packs together, ie. all Mania packs.

I have modded a game in the past and currently mod for another game on this site so I already know how to manage the creation of new Categories and such for this game.

Why isn't there a Doombox category here?

In case you didn't know, you can play as Doombox by selecting: Sonata>Raptor>Switch>Candyman>Raptor>Dice>Latch at the character selection screen.

i dont know what you would consider active but he has 4 tweets ever and the last one was several months ago. I followed him and tried to contact him but got no response

The moderator of http://www.speedrun.com/Hexcells_Infinite hasn't been active on this site for several months and has an inactive youtube channel and twitter. I don't know how else I would contact him.

No other social media sites listed on his account. Can I get mod to verify my run?
