no, this is only a skip. you can skip something or do something in a way that's wasn't intended by devs without it being considered a glitch. being able to skip levels by clicking fast is however clearly a glitch, and therefore is banned in this category. it's the only glitch we know of so far.

level 8 strat was known and used for about 2 years, however level 20 strat is new to me, grats on the discovery
