If I were to use an emulator to run Any%, would it fall into SNES category or VC category. Also, what is the best/most popular SNES emulator to use?

Some criteria I'd like in a game:

Games that are a semi-short speedrun, 30 minutes max. Popular to speedrun. Not insanely precise, nothing even close to SMB1 but I would like there to be a few glitches in the run, not just beating through it as fast as possible.

Why Does The Super Mario Galaxy Page Not Have Switch As A Platform. I Know That It Is On The Super Mario 3D All Stars Page But Because I Does Not Have Any DIfferences To The Original I Don't Get Why It Isn't Just Part Of The Super Mario Galaxy Page.
