I have one specific, question to: "Piggy random number generation (Piggy rng)"

So, the question is: What does actually counts as vaild glitch in Piggy rng.

After i read the rules of categories i've saw that specific, rule:

"Anything that is not possible in normal piggy is not allowed in piggy rng."

So, how im able to check if that specific, glitch is possible in normal piggy when the normal piggy glitches are fixed?
