California, USAI am currently the only mod on this forum at the moment. As of now I fully intend to follow the rules previously set by samleaptrop. I also agree with the rule as it would be annoying to set up the speedrun if skipping the saving due to full storage was a viable strategy.
I'm not quite sure I get what sam means by "abusing full-save files", though. Either way, it seems that it would be fine to already have save slots for the game as long as the run was made with a new save. Thank you for your input, sam!
I think if it is a completely different game, rather than the same game but on a different console, then it probably should have its own page. However, I'm not an expert on this stuff, so I'm not sure what typically happens in cases like that. The games share a name, so I wouldn't be against adding it if you still want to speedrun it.
