This has been bugging me for a while so I thought I'd go ahead and ask. Why do we have gamecube as the lead platform, and why encourage PC players to run an emulated version of the gamecube game? PC is clearly a faster platform on load times alone, and Saturn is the lead platform for the game itself, surely it makes more sense to have one of those come up at the front of the leaderboard?

Regarding emulation, running an emulated version of a slower platform, when there's a native (and faster) version available, just seems a little bit silly for what is an extra 10 mins of work to get it up on modern PCs My original thought was as an anti-piracy measure, as PC copies of the game can be hard to come by these days. However emulation of the gamecube version on pc is almost always piracy anyway, so I'm left a little stumped.

Looks interesting, i'll try and have a poke around with it at the weekend :D

All your son needs is the Game, A Timer and some recording software. Personally i'd reccomend Livesplit and Open Broadcasting Software, however they can be difficult to set up so i'd reccomend googling some guides on them.

Tearaway/Tearaway unfolded. A Linear 3d Platformer by Media Molecule (Little Big Planet)

Both games are a buggy mess wehn it comes to getting out of bounds, there's some real skip potential. Just a shame i'm the only one running unfolded, no competition = no reason to find more skips.

@kirkq : Cheers dude, I've got the board all set up and good to go, If bloodvoid comes back i'll have a chatter and see how he wants to do things, as he put in the request. I had no idea the board was set up so recently, just coincidence we both wanted the board at the same time i guess.

I recently got added as a Mod to Tearaway Unfolded. I've done my best to set up some basic catagories and fill in whatever information i could. If anything seems out of place, give me a poke and i'll try my best to sort it out. This is my first time moderating a game on speedrun.com and any tips would be helpful.

My aim is to verify runs within a week, but may take longer occasionally.

Requesting mod for Tearaway Unfolded.

Current mod got control of the board and has done nothing with it, there arn't even catagories setup. He's been offline for 2 weeks and been ignoring a post on the game subforum for a week.

The game currently dosen't have a true NG+, so i'm selecting chapter 1 and running from there. I'm mid routing but the first chapter (green backed in the chapter select menu) is taking me just under an hour.

Namely New Game, "NG+" (via chapter select") and Individual Level boards
