Hi, i want to start doing PoP Speedruns, but i don't know how to use MiniSaveStates, i installed it and did what most forum or github tells me to do but it's not working, i also instaled Scarab but can't find it. When i load my game, its saying that modding is active but with no mods active.

I can't find a solution.
